We recently moved out from Munkebjergvænget and had our move-out inspection with Barfoed Group in Odense, handled by Peter Jung. We were very happy with the whole experience! Peter was so pleasant, friendly, and professional, making the process smooth and stress-free. He was thorough but fair, and his clear communication made everything easy to understand. We really appreciated his approach and felt well taken care of. Big thanks to Peter and Barfoed Group for making our move-out such a positive experience and we are very happy 😊

Very poor attitude towards tenants. Emails and complains are answered a month later with little to none efforts to solve the issue. Otherwise as a lot of people saying you won't get back your deposit but that's no secret and they are not hiding it.

Very poor service in regard to communication with the tenants. E-mails are usually not even acknowledged nor responded at first. So, you need to send another one on top, in order to have any kind of feedback. Apart from that, they usually resolve the problems. It just takes some time as the communication, visibility, and transparency from their part is quite bad.
