Terrible Company
The shoes were not as described, they had a terrible chemical smell, they will only give you 75% back credit or you will have to pay the full shipping costs back to China for a full refund. I will never purchase from them again and I am sorry I did.

Bare Roots Shoes - bad experience
The return policy for this company is totally bogus - do not waste your time buying from them or definitely not if you at all are unsure of sizes. You have to ship at your own expense back to China….so who is doing that. The quality of the shoes is marginal at best and not worth the money - cheap synthetic shoes.

Very shady return policy
The website says that you can get a refund , but that you will need to pay to ship the items back - but does not say that you have to pay to ship them back to China. I received a pair of shoes that are too wide on the heel, and was only offered a gift card worth 75% of the value to use on a future purchase with them. No thanks, I will not buy from them again.

I ordered a size 5 patent leather penny loafers, the quality of the shoes is horrible!
They do not maintain the form, the side and back are not strong it is a problem just to put them on.
The worse is by the time I got to someone to start a return, they were going to charge me a fee (re-stocking?) and I had to pay shipping. Even though they are big on me I bought shoes inserts and Iam keeping them.

This company is completely dodgy . I got my order but the shoe quality is atrocious ( so so cheap and nasty , what I got is not what was pictured online, the sizing is not true to size AND I tried to process for a refund, posted the stuff pack with registered post which cost $50 and they say they never received it , but said they would process a refund for 50 percent and it has now been months and they have given every excuse from technical issues to saying my bank has the money and to that they have e changed owners . BUYER BEWARE
They respond below as if they care . The told me they are under new management so now can’t process a refund as it’s new owners . After many back and forth emails . They are now saying that my bank is holding the money/refund . I have spoken to my bank and it’s complete rubbish. They keep changing their story and still I have not refunded . SERIOUSLY do not buy from this company ..

AVOID BAREROOTS COMPANY
This company sends their products from a China warehouse & when shoes need to be returned (for sizing issues) they only offer a 75% credit to buy more from them or says the customer has to pay to return them to China! If the shoes are poorly sized why would a customer order more? They are scamming the customer! They are avoiding making a refund. There is nothing seen in advance to indicate and warn a customer of having to return a product to China and not a local warehouse (which in itself is not cheap either)! Pinterest needs to stop sponsoring this company! I will definitely approach my credit card company to challenge the purchase.
