Poor customer service

Great looking shoes but poor quality and most important total unreliable customer service. They promised a replacement pair 2 months ago but it never arrived they keep saying they shipped it but got lost, all lies..example below: « Unfortunately, we were informed that the courier lost the original parcel we sent you. As soon as we learned about this issue, we immediately issued a replacement order. An updated tracking link for the reshipment was sent to you. ». Never received anything, just own up to it rather than sending polite lies!
