I placed an order and paid for it a long time ago, but I still haven’t received my item. The tracking information shows that the package is stuck in Sweden.

Customer service is either extremely poor or simply nonexistent. The few responses I have received appear to be AI-generated, offering no real answers or useful assistance.

I have also requested to cancel my order, but I have received no response whatsoever. My payment was taken long ago, yet I have neither received my item nor received proper customer service.

I strongly advise others to stay away from this company and think twice before placing an order. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend them at all.

Always a very nice and friendly replay to questions. And even possible new ideas are taken in consideration.
I feel taken serious, and that nice.

I love Bara running leggings and own a lot of them. Shorts skirts long leggings and winterleggings. I love them.

A cozy Softshell jacket with fleece on the inside a removable hoody and a length just over the hips, that would amazing. (Hint hint)

My package did not arrive. I was in contact with the helpdesk to solve this. They responded quickly and after finding out what happened at the shipping company they solved the issue by sending a new package. The new package arrived in good order. The clothes are of good quality. The logo's last long and do not get off in the laundry neither does the color fade. I am a fan of Bara Sportswear and can recommend buying sportswear here.

The product arrived very slowly but the customer support was really helpful throughout the wait. The leggings very comfortable. They stay in place and the pockets are a huge plus.

I got my order replaced twice due to wrong size of garment in the right size of package. The customer service was excellent and finally I got propert size in package with correct size label.
The reflective shorts are great and I am ready for my next marathon!

Over 3 weeks to arrive, tracking showed it went from Norway to Sweden to Germany and stopped there for a week before arriving in Iceland. All answers from customer service sounded like full on AI answers of nothing, they where sorry with a flower or a smiley emoji. I will not be buying anything from them again. Jeans I bought ar okey at best but Boozt is miles better customer service and I will give them my money. I will be expecting a new AI answer from “customer service” because of what I just wrote here 😒

I love the winter pants , even my husbands wears them I(seize XL) and loves running in them. I hope you'll have new colors this Winter, also for the collar tops!!

Bad clothes, bad fabrics, very very long shipping time. DO NOT RECOMMEND.

Everything has always worked smooth with BARA. I've +10 orders on me, and will continue to buy my training clothes from them :)

Customer service was super nice and helpfull when parcel get stuck in third party logistics. They tracked my order super fast, kept me updated all the time and afterwards checked i got the parcel. Never had that good experience when need to figure thing out! Than you ☺️

Service is remarkable! Clothing is also of good quality.

My tights ripped at the seams and because of the seam guarantee at Bara, I was able to return the ripped ones for a new pair. The process from my first email to receiving my new tights was quite easy. I really appreciated the quality of customer service.

I have been shopping with Bara for the last 5 + years and I LOVE every piece I have from them!!! I wear it up and need all the colours provided, because their clothes are made for active people, business use and hiking/outdoor - all 3 combinations I need and love!!!
