Banyan Botanicals is a company I genuinely trust and feel good supporting. Their commitment to organic, responsibly sourced herbs and transparent practices really sets them apart from other herb companies I've bought from over the years. Every interaction I’ve had with their customer service team has been SO helpful, knowledgeable, and they are incredibly patient with me as I ask a lot of questions :) They’ve taken the time to answer my many questions about different herbs and formulations on the website - like the Triphala, guggulus, Shilajit - so many new things to me, but thye always me feel truly so supported.

Triphala tablets have been a life saver for me! They’re gentle yet effective, so good for travel, I do not travel without them, they GREATLY reduced my bloating, and I am just so happy I found this product. Their products are safe and I really trust them. I love that I can rely on both the quality of the product and the integrity of the company behind it, it's a rare thing these days.

I’ve been using Banyan Botanicals products on and off for about 10 years, and I always come back to them. Their powdered ashwagandha has vastly improved in texture, making it much easier to mix and drink compared to years ago. More recently, I’ve been taking their moringa daily, and it’s noticeably helped my overall sense of well-being. Their subscription service has also improved and is now much easier to navigate, which makes keeping up with my routine more convenient. I appreciate the wealth of educational resources they provide to help people learn about and pursue Ayurveda — it shows they care about more than just selling products. Customer service has always been helpful and responsive, even if it sometimes takes 24–48 hours to hear back. Overall, a trustworthy company with quality products I feel good about using.

Stellar Ayurveda brand that I've been using for 5+ years. Appreciate their transparency, use of organic herbs, and extensive knowledge base online.

I sent an email, as directed from their website, to receive information on how to process my return and get a refund, so far it’s been over a week and the company has not responded. I wanted to return the product because I was worried that this company wasn’t a good company and that despite their metal testing, that their products have been rumored to contain heavy metals.

This company is one of the only trusted herbal brands left. They were able to help me locate my package and went above and beyond to help me in a way that most companies wouldn't - I'm so grateful for Banyan!!

I have used their Triphala Powder, Trikatu Powder and Ashwagandha Powder which was thoroughly researched by my son,who is a research scientist wannabe for holistic & natural healing . Anything to do with Body , Mind & Natural healing , my son from his own medical / health issues journey...
My son had to be his own health issues advocate and in the process became my so called “ Guru / Panditji “ 😘 on such matters .

Btw, we have several MDs in my own immediate family ...
