Amazing! We had a few issues with the banner but Sarah was absolutely amazing, she sorted everything out for us straight away and kept in contact every day to keep us updated!

I ordered a banner for our wedding - customer service was great and the ordering process was very easy. Discussed the design and saw a mock up beforehand. The order has just arrived and we couldn’t be happier with it!

Love, love, love our banner. We had a custom banner made for our wedding and the team followed an initial sketch that we had scribbled, which evolved into something that was perfect for our wedding day. We absolutely loved having it as our top table backdrop. It will now hang in our home in pride of place. Would absolutely recommend Banner Department for any type of banner need - business, wedding, life event. The team were accommodating, helpful, creative and were open to changes, so that it was perfect.

Fantastic experience start to finish. Amy was amazing, informative and friendly. I sent a loose description of an idea for our banner and the first draft was perfection, they just read our mind. Arrived quicker than expected and looks absolutely brilliant.
