I wouldn't even give a 1 star review!! Please, never buy anything from this company!! I had ordered (3) Grease Buckets with Silicone Liners and there was nothing silicone about it!! So, I asked for a refund and return label, I was told I could return it but I would have to pay for shipping (shipping back to Hong Kong was going to be almost $300 through FED Ex). I was also told they would refund me 30% of the amount I spent (which was only $35.00 on a $117.00 order). All of this took place on September 10, 2025 and I have yet to get my refund and it's now January 22, 2026 and received nothing. My suggestion is...... DON'T PURCHASE FROM THIS COMPANY!!!! EVER!!!!

I was led to believe this was a blood glucose tester NOT a pulse oximeter!!!!AMAZING SCAM!!!!! I want my money back!!!!!!

Trash company. SCAMMERS. Bought an item, they sent wrong product. Asked for a return label so they could correct their mistake. Kept telling me that it would cost more to return than to just buy a new one. I told them they made the error by sending me the wrong item but they wouldn’t give me the return label. TRASH COMPANY, DISGUSTING PEOPLE. They will not give me my money back for their mistake. So now I’m bombarding them with emails every few days to remind them how terrible of a company they are

I ordered a product from this website, and it took two and a half weeks to arrive. I needed it for a patient event, but when the package finally came, the item was completely wrong. I have emailed several times, but no one has responded. They keep claiming that the order was delivered correctly, even though I clearly received the wrong item.

Not only was my credit card charged, but the company refuses to take accountability or resolve the issue. Ordering from a supplier in China through this website was a mistake, and I regret trusting this platform.

Ordered a birthday gift for my daughter. Found out the item was shipping from China, but only after I ordered it. So then realizing how long shipping was. Cancelled the order. It has been almost a month with no refund. Have sent multiple emails about the refund and no response. SCAM COMPANY. DO NOT ORDER FROM THEM!

Completely fraudulent company. Purchased product from their website but that they don't even have. Only offered 20% refund unless I pay a fortune to return item to China because I didn't buy shipping insurance, which was never offered. COMPLETE SCAM.

They sent me wrong order. I ordered & paid for leather combat boots. They sent CHEAP pair of rubber boots . And won't contact me to correct their obvious error.
Rip off. Untrustworthy company.

Terrible experience. They sent the wrong item and won’t acknowledge that they sent it. Customer service sucks and they barely speak English. Stay away from Banlight

I purchased a grease pot for my pellet smoker.

Their website described a twist style bucket with a silicone insert. What I received was a tiny knock off slide in bucket with replaceable aluminum cups. Banlight is falsely advertising this product. They refuse to acknowledge this in our communications and offered a 30% refund when I refused they stop communicating with me. Do not buy anything from Banlight.

Sent the Traeger grease catcher but it was the old version, not as described or pictured. They refused to refund or correct the problem.

I ordered one specific item that cost $32.96 plus tax and freight.
The item arrived in under 2 weeks which started out a positive.
The item that arrived was not the item that I ordered. Another 2 weeks has passed and I am still dealing with customer service.
They first offered me a 20% refund. They have stated multiple times since I did not pay for the shipping insurance that it would be very expensive to send the item back. So this was a good deal.
They proceeded to offer a maximum of a 30% refund.
The item they sent me is valued at $23.99. A 20% refund does not even bring what I paid down to the value of what was shipped. A 30% refund does bring me to the cost of what I received. HOWEVER, I did not order the cheaper item. I ordered the more expensive item and I am getting nowhere in determining when they will ship out the item ordered.
I truly believe this website is just a scam. While I did receive a product, the product I received is nowhere near the cost of what I paid or what they are charging and I firmly believe this is one of their scam tactics.

Banlight cheated me. They didn't send me a glucose meter. They sent me an oximeter. I can't wait to report them to Google, the BBB, Trustpilot and my bank. I will also be disputing their charges due to your fraudulent business practices. Apparently this happens regularly with companies that swindle folks who think they're buying pain-free glucose monitors but then get something else they did not pay for.

They sent a product that wasn't even remotely close to the one described, with pictures, that I ordered. It was total garbage and worth, maybe, 1/10th of the item I paid for. PLUS it arrived all mangled! There was nothing wrong with either of the boxes it was in - it was packaged that way! Banlight refused to refund or send me the item I ordered. They said the best they could do was offer me 20% of what I paid - for their error!

I have purchased the healthcare devises from Banlight.com and received the delivery notice 2 weeks later says "successfully delivered" which is totally incorrect. I have reached their support department and got a response stated it was delivered with the same delivery notice pasted.
I made a report to Paypal as my payment source, but they could not solve any issue, and my case was closed due to the "seller's favor" because Banlight submitted the fake delivery notice to Paypal.
I was charged almost $100 for undelivered orders and am extremely unhappy with this type of fraud.
I am thinking about moving forward for official report to FTC, BBC, etc.

Was sent a useless product. Not what I ordered. Complete scam. Will never order from this company again. Needed a blood sugar monitor for my wife that is terminal and needing the proper equipment. Do not buy from them....

I ordered 2 glucose monitor as well and I received 2 pulse Oximeters that do not measure glucose levels. It is FALSE ADVERTISING and not a company to do business with. They get shipped from overseas and then when you get the item you cannot do anything about whether they sent the right item or if it works. Very shady business. Avoid doing business with them,

I ordered a watch:
On checking with banlight, I was told banlight didn't sell watches. I received an order number from banlight later. I submitted my order number and I was then told my order was being processed! (?) It is still being processed 4 days later. Four days after accepting my payment? I was told the watch was a hot item, moving, and I was asked to be "patient". Why? If you don't have the product, don't accept payment!

After sending the product to my wife, it did not fit. My wife contacted them and they said their standard is to give a 20% refund only. After an exchange of emails they agreed to a 30% refund but have never sent any refund at all. This has been over 6 months ago. Their product was very poorly made and their service is a “0”!!! Do NOT do business with this company.

I ordered a glucose meter from Banlight but received an oximeter (oxygen and pulse meter). Banlight refused to authorize a return unless I paid $20 shipping to Hong Kong. Their reply, "Sorry to hear that you are not satisfied with our products." I was not satisfied in that I did not get what I ordered and that they would not address the issue. Avoid Banlight!

Same here as others. I ordered a non-invasive blood glucose meter, and received a pulse oximeter. Contacted them to inform them of their mistake and was promptly given the run around as this was their fault, but only wanted to refund me 20%. I reported it to PayPal as false advertising and/or fraud. Dont buy from them!!
