I have given Bankrupt Bike Parts 5 Stars because of the overall experience I had with dealing with them.
I have a Raleigh bike that is 29 years old, that I needed to replace all the brake cables, and the brake blocks. They were able to advice me on what parts on there website would be suitable for my bike.
Unfortunately there was a small mistake with my order, they forgot to add two extra crimps for the ends of the cable wires.
I email them about this, and they apologised, and said they would pop them in the post for me. Which they did, and I received them the very next day, now that's what I call CUSTOMER SERVICE.
