They reject the application for all non-spanish customers even though they have a Spanish ID. They justify it by saying it is a technical issue but it is not fair.

All the security promises are a lie. After a merchant was hacked and the target bank was secretly changed, I immediately blocked the card, wrote to support and requested a complaint.
This was rejected on the grounds that the transaction had been confirmed - several thousand euros were lost.
The reason that the transaction was confirmed simply makes no sense. This is always the case when you make a transaction using a credit card. This means that the VISA chargeback procedure can never be used.
The merchant does not have to send anything, the money is never safe via Bank Norwegian.
Avoid at all costs!
For the moment they are a waste of my time. I have complained in writing using their contact form and if they sort it out I will update. I tried to open an account, their faulty system refuses my address. I use this address for everything. All my banks, broker, insurance, tax office, electricity bill etc etc. I have no other address to offer them. A waste of time, I'll let you know if customer service works and sorts this out promptly.
After registering online and signing the contract, just non-existent web service, only mobile App. Then I cannot find the IBAN of the account anywhere, the App or the contract does not show it, thus impossible to operate. Furthermore, they have taken my home address with errors. Even if customer service solved it (doubt here), I won't trust them.
