Working with BANKIT has made me realise…

Working with BANKIT has made me realise that work and life balance does exist. People are quite friendly and cooperative here. The HR department is highly effective in its working and every issue or query gets resolved within no time from their end. As far as the work culture and deadline is concerned, every organisation needs the work done and it should be no wonder. Even though, there is no such pressure of work. BANKIT provides flexible working hours, a fun and supportive work environment, and fun activities' session every now and then.
