Fantastic

Initially it felt a painfully slow process to be accepted for a credit card despite an excellent credit rating but once accepted, I’ve done nothing but enjoy the benefits!

Absolutely fantastic if you shop regularly at M&S like I do along with brilliant app and support service!!

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆ Flexible Credit Card with Supportive Approach Despite Charges

⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️☆
I’ve had my M&S Credit Card for a while now, and even though I owe quite a lot on it, the company has continued to give me opportunities to keep using the card. That flexibility has been really helpful.
Of course, there are plenty of charges applied, and carrying a balance isn’t easy, but I appreciate that they’ve taken my situation seriously instead of cutting me off completely. It shows a level of trust and support that makes me feel valued as a customer.
Overall, while the fees can add up, I’m grateful for the chance to keep using the card and manage my finances with their understanding approach.

Fantastic customer service

I have had a M and S credit card for over 30 years and apart from the fact that the rewards have been reduced radically , it has been great. If I have experienced any issues,I have been able contact M and S who have resolved it. Great service.

Technology not working

The technology used is complex to set up. The mobile app does not work ! To be fair when I contacted customer service I get fast response but the problem remains unresolved.
