We did a 3 day tour to the Uyuni Salt Flats. It was an amazing introduction to Bolivia. The first day, we drove to Sajama National Park, which was beautiful. The following day, we made our way to the salt flat, while passing through the beautiful countryside. And the final day was enjoying everything the Uyuni salt flats had to offer.
Our driver, Ruben and our guide, Ben were both very knowledgeable and accommodating. Ben is very informative, whether it was about the geography, wildlife, history, or just the country itself. Ruben was excellent on those rough backroads.
Our lodging was really nice and everyone was very friendly. Even when our tour was technically over, they made sure we had a ride to the airport. I can’t recommend them enough!

This was a trip of a lifetime! Banjo Tours is the golden standard by which all tour companies should be measured :-) From my initial contact with Benjamin to the actual trip, everything was super professional and smooth!! The trip is very very, very well organized with just the right amount of time everywhere and all little details taken care of. Wenceslao (Lao) was my guide and Zenon (Zeno) was the driver and both of them were extremely courteous, respectful, and professional. They made sure we reached all places at the right time so that I could enjoy the place without hordes of tourists. I am a vegetarian and this was accommodated with lots of good home-cooked food. While the places I stayed in had no heating or limited heating in some cases, there are tons of clean blankets provided and you will be super warm under that pile. The vehicle is a four-runner and was immaculately clean without any weird smells. The trip covers quite some ground and you get to see varied geographies, flora and fauna and meet wonderful locals along the way. The itinerary varies day-to-day and nothing is boring or repetitive. For anyone reading this review before making a decision, please go ahead and book this now!! You won’t be sorry :-) I am grateful to Benjamin and his team for putting together this wonderful package tour.
