I’m more than satisfied with quality of product. I would like though that I have not need to create post address in Germany to grt this product. Shipping to all EU states would br appreciated.

Bandweks makes truly beautiful watch bands for Apple products. The design and quality immediately stand out—they look elegant, feel premium, and elevate the entire look of the watch. You can tell a lot of thought goes into both the materials and the craftsmanship.

What really impressed me, though, was their customer service. After delivery, I had an issue with the clasp, and Bandweks took care of it quickly and professionally. They were responsive, kind, and genuinely focused on making sure I was satisfied, which is rare these days.

Great products and great people behind them. I would absolutely recommend Bandweks to anyone looking for a high-quality Apple Watch band and a company that stands behind what they sell.

Based on my purchase of four different bands from Bandwerk, I can highly recommend them. From the shopping experience with its nice UI, clear descriptions and photos, to the beautiful packing in wood boxes with custom fabric bags, and then the exceptional quality of the materials and workmanship, this is a company that deserves to be successful. I recently had an issue with one order that needed customer service to get involved, and Tina and team were professional, responsive and courteous. Overall, I rate them 5 stars at all levels, and look forward to purchasing new products as they move from concept to production.

Bandwerk has great products and great customer service.

I love their Apple Watch bands and have bought many of them over the years. In addition, if I ever have an issue their customer support team is extremely responsive and always go above and beyond.

The watch bands are high quality, crafted well, and look a lot better than other cheaper options. Any issues I have had with an order have been handled swiftly by customer service, who could not be any more pleasant.

It all starts with a terrible user experience when browsing the store. Browsing performance is acceptable with Google Chrome, but Safari is terribly slow, which is frustrating.

Then, too many complaints about the lack of customer support and slow delivery (3-10 days from EU to EU is unacceptable; I've experienced several products delivered from the US to the EU in 5 days).

And if you think you've got a good deal, you'll be disappointed to discover that the straps are made in China (like many other products, but here it's just too much).

Do a search with photos of the straps. You'll be surprised and disappointed to discover that, for a simple customization of the brand logo, the strap you're interested in has gone from a very low starting price to a very high one on their online store.

Last but not least, this company was probably founded by people with no technical expertise, because it took me very little time to discover that the band I was interested in before Black Friday cost €79, and now, on Black Friday, it costs €129, discounted to €79.

Unfortunately for them, I had put the band in my cart without completing the purchase, just to wait for Black Friday and compare prices. I also checked my browsing cache to make sure my browsing data from 10 days ago matched today's.

So, it's up to you to decide if it's worth buying, but for me, it isn't worth a buy.

I had an issue with my Titanium watch band, and when I contacted them, they instantly gave me a replacement watch band.

Great company. Best cell phone case case I have had. Also very unique. It feels more like no case at all but is well protected. They stand behind their product. I had an issue with the camera protector and they sent out a replacement immediately. I highly recommend!

I bought a watch band for my Ultra 2. The band broke with in 2 months of use. I contacted Band Werks and a replacement was sent out immediately!.

The team at Bandwerk is superb. I had a problem with a new watch band and sent an email requesting a replacement. Tina contacted me within a day or two and resolved the issue quickly by sending a replacement band. I have used Bandwerk products for years and their quality is outstanding.
