So, I think this service could be stellar but, the customer service is ABSOLUTLEY TERRIBLE! They never answer the phone themselves. They have an answering se5rvice take messages. They send an email as a response, can't even get my name right, answer questions I haven't asked, basically just refuse to answer questions I do ask and tell me to only reach out to their support email address, to which, the NEVR respond. It is madenning!

This pirate site hijacked my domain. I let the account expire, told site would be disabled 5 months ago.

Every day a payment rejection notice is sent, but the site managers at refuse to disable the site without having to pay a one time $129 account access ransom payment.

Their practices are deceptive and manipulative.

I have been a Bandvista customer for three years. Until recently they have provided satisfactory customer service. However, for the past 3 months I have sent emails, and left phone messages that have yet to receive a response. We have plenty of gigs but the website will NOT allow me to publish our newest gig dates. When we direct booking agents to our website this gives the appearance that we are not a sought after band. This has cost us business.

They won’t leave me alone! I never signed up for BV! They should be reported as SPAM !!!

I've hosted our band's website with BandVista for years now and I have to say we love it. We like our design and support has been great. They just fixed an issue for us we didn't know we had!

This is crazy
I left Bandzoogle because of billing issues and thought I'd try Bandvista to build my music website
I've used GoDaddy in the past also and even it was pretty easy to navigate but lame as far as features
So I try the free trial of Bandvista and it simply put didn't work
From deleting header images to sizing logos it went from bad to worse and there were no tutorials or help section that helped me
But this is the kicker, I emailed support about five times and no response so I tried the listed phone number and wait for it.............
It was an apartment complex lol
I double-checked the number then went back nd tried to find a delete button to delete the stuff I'd tried to put up (one pic)
And nothing but a note saying to notify them by writing within 20 days
Geeze, thats really messed up
Sooooo, the search for an affordable pro site builder goes on
I would pass this Bandvista place and keep looking if I were you
