Great Company, I am glad that I worked with them

They made me an absolute terrible ad creative, the quality was trash, the copy was horrible, and the colors were wayyy off.

They gave me a revision in the end, but when I got my new ad creative for my new product, FB banned my account because of the creative.
They did give me a replacement, but I didn’t need it anymore.

So when I asked them to get a refund because everything was just horrible, they say “your refund has now been processed and it could take anywhere from 5-10 banking days for the amount to appear in your account.”. It has been more than 10 banking days and no money has been received, nor have they been answering my emails for over 5 days. They say “we usually respond in a couple of hours” so that’s a lie.

I don’t understand how people can give these people 5 stars…

After a few trials to launch my ads and my TikTok ads manager has been rejecting them l tried BandsOffAds to do the deed and they delivered.

The first set of videos were good quality bit some of the clips within the videos were a little fuzzy. But after asking for a revision and redo the second set of videos were very good quality and the clips mentioned of fuzzy quality were fixed.

It's a good ad site, could be better of course but all in all satisfying

Great video, Adam voice over has too much amateurish sounding exaggerated expression for the intended audience, but allowing edits creates an environment for all concerns to be fixed so you’re happy with your finished product. Overall amazing job and will continue to use this platform

Fast and very good quality

Really nice ads, with hooks i wouldnt think off. The voice sometimes feels speaking bit faster from my perspective. Otherwise im very pleased, when i take to account that videos of the product were sort of limited.

Bands Off Ads at first had me skeptical, how can a company that has never seen my product, that doesn't know my market, doesn't know the competition, and doesn't know what works on my customers possibly make a better video than me. I was shocked to see what they provided in the end. You sign up for a one time package and you fill out an application to help them find all the tools they need. And believe me they found footage that I haven't even seen before in the last 2 months, and of course you wanna fill the application to the fullest to help them out the most. And after 4 days (arrived one day late) I got the videos. The moment of truth, to see if I got scammed or they might have something up there sleeve. And holy guacamole, brother... I'll keep it honest with you, i'm not gonna sugar coat it and i'm sure you would appreciate a gentleman's honesty. I was wowwed by the results, videos are SUPER CLEAN, super high resolution and easy to read. They come full proof and once I launched my ads. I got a 2x return right away, now it's just time to play with them a little more to find the best one since they sent me 3 ads with 3 thumbnails and one copy. But I was shocked at their handywork and I will be back again. Thank you

Great videos with good writing, shows everything necessary

Easy to understand views and they followed my directions. I had some gifs that needed to be redone and they completed those in about a day. I had 3 others look over the videos and they thought that the videos were great as well.
