I tried to order twice from them - they twice never delivered and were unable to provide help. Stay away. I asked for e reimbursement and never got it. SCAM

If your orders were not delivered, there could have been a shipping issue, a wrong address, or a payment that didn’t go through properly. In any case, our customer service is always here to help and find solutions.

You mentioned a refund request — if it was approved, the refund was definitely processed. If you never received it, we invite you to contact our team again at help@band-band.com with your order number(s), and we’ll investigate immediately.
