Excellent service, making sure that the printing was exactly right for me before printing. And the business cards are excellent quality and arrived promptly after I'd approved the proof.

Customer service, design team and product outstanding. Online ordering easy to use. I received a prompt response from my order as the images I had sent would not deliver quality and gave an option for me to update them. Not being conversant with technology and file types and the fact I had pulled my visual together by a cut and paste!! - I resent the separate images from my photos and asked if they could look to create my desired image from these for me - very prompt response, delivery received within 2 days and they had absolutely captured how I wanted the outcome to look. Quality also superb and took the headache away from me

They used to be great but they’ve lost 2 orders in the last 4 months and the quality of the orders has also dropped massively with business cards misaligned and not centered when cut. Designs are also weirdly scaled and stretched.

Our small business has ordered twice from Banana Print now. Both times the colour of the prints were vibrant and the delivery was extremely speedy.

The first time we ordered there was a problem with how our business cards were printed. After contacting them within 48 hours they fixed it and sent out the corrected versions.

Their website even has a template creator that shows the bleed line and safe zone. After creating our image, I put it into the template and were able to adjust it to the lines perfectly. This ensured that they print exactly what I wanted.

I would recommend them since they are reliable and affordable. They have an array of print choices for any kind of medium you'd like.

I have used Banana Print before and have always received quick delivery and quality products. I made a mistake on my order this time and they were amazing. They cancelled the print and waited for me to send new copies. Matt was amazing. Cheers guys 👍🏻

Ordered bookmarks and supplied artwork, specifically requesting gold foil to match the gold font used on my book cover. The bookmarks I received were nothing like the proof or the original artwork.

Instead of gold, the text appeared grey/silver, the artwork was very dark, and much of the detail visible on my book cover was lost. The same artwork has already been printed elsewhere with a gold finish successfully, which is why I was so disappointed with the result.

When I contacted customer services and asked them to investigate and reprint the bookmarks in gold as requested, I was offered a discounted reprint rather than a resolution. I was also given explanations about CMYK printing and how screens appear brighter than printed products.

Had these limitations been clearly explained before production, I would have cancelled the order rather than spend additional money on a product that does not match my expectations or the supplied artwork.

As a disabled independent author, I work hard to maintain consistent branding across my books and promotional materials, and I cannot afford to waste money on products that do not resemble the approved design.

What makes this even more frustrating is that I specifically requested to match my book cover. After reviewing the correspondence today, I noticed that the proof email referred to silver rather than gold. Unfortunately, there had already been multiple emails back and forth about the order, and I did not spot that this had been changed.

At no point was I contacted to clarify this change or advised that the finished product would differ significantly from the artwork supplied. Had this been explained, I would have cancelled the order rather than proceed.

The issue is not simply that the bookmarks are darker than expected. The issue is that the final product does not reflect what I requested, and when I raised my concerns I was offered a discounted reprint rather than a proper resolution.

This was my first order with this company and, unfortunately, it will be my last. I am left with 100 bookmarks that I will not use because, in my opinion, they bear little resemblance to the proof or the original artwork provided.

have to say I received my order this morning with so much excitement as it's my first business starting up. Not only do these cards look amazing quality, the pictures came out with amazing quality, they came so quickly, I made an error at checkout as I wanted double-sided and paid for single and it was sorted so quickly. I am really impressed with your company thank you very much indeed. X
