Excellent service from the start
Excellent service from the start came and gave us a quote within days of our initial enquiry.We made arrangements for them to fit the new boiler within days. The installation team were fantastic, they were very professional and had a great sense of humour, they explain everything in detail and set up my wi-fi control to my phone for me which was a god send as I would have still been trying to do it myself. They took away all the rubbish and wiped everything down afterwards. I would like to say a big thank you to David and his mate for a fantastic job.

Excellent service
After searching lots of websites, decided on using Bambu, made the enquiry and straight away Alex & Tommy came to discuss and look at what we needed.
The new boiler was fitted within the week, and the 2 guys who came to fit were really professional, helpful and did a cracking job!
We've just had our energy provider contact us, so after 2 months of having the new boiler installed , despite rising fuel costs our bill has dropped by £15 a month! Delighted and would recommend.

Everything was excellent from the survey to the team doing the work thay did a fantastic job cleaned any mess away were friendly and helpful explaining how the system works including all the relevant information on the paperwork and always on time job well done thank you

I have just had a boiler fitted
I have just had a boiler fitted. I was at work when the 2 blokes came to fit it, my wife said they was very polite and was really professional. They cleaned up after them and got rid of all the rubbish and the old boiler. When I got home it was an excellent job I was very impressed with the work and would recommend them

Bamboo provided an excellent service…
Bamboo provided an excellent service and where very approachable, jovial and polite. They did everything I asked them to do if not more and there was happy to assist.
They cleaned up after they had finished which in my opinion is a good thing, because it’s not often that happens.
They are fast and efficient and I am planning on using them again for my bathroom.
I definitely would recommend this company for all your plumbing needs however big or small.
Keep up the good work bamboo.
