Extremely disappointed in customer service. I purchased a shirt in M; when it arrived, I measured it and it was consistent with S sizing. Originally, customer service flatly refused to do anything because the item was supposedly “custom,”even though nothing on the product page indicated that it was.

After telling them that this was unacceptable, they asked me to send pictures of the shirt to confirm measurements, and then they would arrange for support. I responded with the requested photographs. They never responded. I eventually had to incur my own shipping fees to send the shirt back and had to request a refund through PayPal.

DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS COMPANY.

The quality of the material is wonderful (why 3 stars and not 2) but there are some basics that I don’t think they are getting right. The merino body suit and the sleeping bag both have the company logo embroidered onto the garments. Why? These are areas of irritation and are certainly not necessary. The label has the branding, that should suffice.
The zip and the stitching around it is very bulky on the sleeping bag. My baby likes to sleep on his side and so it is very awkward trying to manoeuvre the zip so that he isn’t lying on top of something large and uncomfortable.
Basic design errors that I strongly feel should be improved upon.

The material is really nice, it does not take any smell and is really comfortable

I love finding safe natural baby products, especially for bedtime so bambino merino have been fabulous. Beautiful quality, soft, cosy and comfortable. Our first little boy still wears his at 2.5 years old and we’ve just purchased two for our second little boy.

Really great quality merino, very well made. Slightly bigger than I expected (12-18mo size) but my little one is small for her age (18mo and under 80cm height but plenty of room for her cloth nappy). They will last the whole winter which is perfect. We use both the short and long sleeved bodysuits for a warm layer underneath and she has lived in them since the day they arrived which was really quick and with some helpful tips on temperature guidance and washing and a hand written note for that extra personal touch. I would definitely recommend Bambino Merino.

Lovely service and AMAZING products. So happy with the merino baby blanket. I have bought from a few other 'merino baby' companies and Bambino Merino are by far the best. Yes you can buy cheapr baby grows but not this quality or merino wool and we want our little bundle to be wrapped up in safe, soft, natural poducts. Even my husband could see the value and that is saying something.

Katie the owner was super helpful and thorough with her responses to my many queries. The products arrived really quickly (2 x sleeping bags and a flat out bear) and were packaged immaculately- complete with wonderfully worded care instructions and a personally hand written note which was a nice touch. The bags are so soft and lovely and worth the extra!

Speedy delivery, gift for nephew's son. Previously used them for my children and were pleased with the product - quality and washability, so wanted to share.

Bambino Merino’s sleeping bag is incredible. My baby is now 15months old and he’s been sleeping in a Bambino Merino since he’s 4. He loves the bedtime routine and wants to get into the sleeping bag himself… and sleeps like a baby!
We love it so much we’ve been gifting a Bambino Merino sleeping bag to our best friends who are having babies. They love it too!

Excellent construction and baby took to it immediately. Plenty of room to grow, maybe needs something slightly thicker for cooler nights.

I am really impressed with quality & functionality of Bambino Merino sleeping bags. I have two bags for my baby already. Great service, I haven't yet used the sleeping bag but it looks excellent quality.

Our baby wears a Bambino Merino baby grow (with legs) every day underneath her clothes to ensure she is snuggly warm at all times.
The quality is incredible and the design well thought through. So much so we’ve stocked up on multiple occasions because we can’t live without them. Gives us piece of mind knowing she is well dressed for the chillier days!

I've had your sleeping bags before for each of my grandchildren and they have always been excellent and I am confident this one will keep my new granddaughter warm and snug.

I would recommend them to anyone for better and longer sleeps. Merino wool is a natural conductor of temperature so your little one will stay cool in the warmer months and warm in the cooler ones. The sleeping bag comes with a guide as to what pyjamas should be worn with the bag depending on the temperature. Great quality product!
