Great quality watch, fast delivery, great customer service.

I have 40 watches ranging from cheap to luxury. I purchased the 300m retro Diver. Build quality, design, strap, comfort and accuracy were all top notch at twice the price and it was in my top ten enjoyable watches to wear. After a couple of months the hands became loose, or were sticking. It took Baltany about six weeks to fix and return the same watch. A couple of months later I had the same problem and also it just kept stopping. Sent it back requesting a new watch, or my money back and they refunded my money! I thought this was a strange option, why not send me a new one and make me a happy customer! Maybe they are aware of big reliability issues. I can only recommend them if you are prepared for potential warranty issues. Big shame as I actually loved the watch.
I have to reply because you are making it sound like Baltany is not at fault. I don't understand how you cannot notice the movement of the second hand when initially rotating the minute hand.
This is the second time I have sent this watch back under warranty.
My email stated that I would accept a new watch OR a refund.
I also suggest that the watch is fully wound and then worn for 3 or 4 days to see if it randomly stops. It is generally OK if left dial up.

1963 tropical brown stainless steel. I absolutely love my watch. In fact I love all there collection and thinking of buying another just can’t make my mind up on which one.
I received tracking number via Royal Mail next day of purchase and was on my wrist 4 days later. It arrived with a brown leather wallet with tools included so I could resize it without having to go to a jewellers. As it a UK brand it makes it extra special, solid links, screw down crown and a nice solid clasp. I highly recommend Baltany and I think the prices are very reasonable.

Purchased my second baltany watch great quality comfortable to wear vintage bubble back with subdial I already have the discoverer quartz with 10 year battery life I do prefer quartz watches but can see me purchasing the mechanical s4084 very soon thanks baltany

Delivery was spot on even after ordering during the holiday season watch is exactly as shown on website and is keeping good time .

Quick delivery from the UK website and the watch is superb, looks every bit as good as much more expensive similar offerings from other well known brands. It's a mechanical movement too which is running very accurately. Packaging really great as well. Will definitely buy more from Baltany.

This is my Third Baltany watch. These things are amazing and the service from Joe is first class.

Terrible from start to finish I ordered the watch and paid ,after two weeks nothing had arrived,so I got in touch and I was told they were out of stock,and i would have one within five days,two weeks later still nothing,then the item was shipped and I wasted another week waiting for false promises on the delivery.over 5 weeks to get my watch,why did they not just say from the start they were out of stock to save my time and all this

Ordered and paid for a watch with Black Friday discount applied. Four days later Baltany cancelled the order and refunded the money saying "I'm so sorry but the watch you ordered is out of stock, and we may not be able to get any more in". This is fine apart from the fact that the watch in question is still advertised with a lead time of 4 days, so apparently in stock and available. I have a sneaky feeling Baltany didn't want, or indeed need, to honour their Black Friday discount, but never mind there are lots of other watch vendors out there so no great problem. :)
