Unscrupulous company that doesn’t even stand by its own T&Cs or product
We enjoy purchasing from U.K. companies and brands because their products are typically well made and the vendors are usually honest. That is not the case with Balineum.
We purchased two mirrors from this company totaling £3254. I initially asked for them to directly ship the mirrors to me in the US but they said it was “much easier” for them to ship them to a third party shipper. My wanting to not be ‘hard’ on them is where I went gravely wrong.
When the mirrors arrived to me they were broken. Balineum refuses to allow me to return them for replacement or refund even though their T&Cs say that you have 5 days to notify them and they will. I notified them of the broken mirrors the day they were delivered to me and their only solution for me was to buy new mirrors entirely by paying them another £3254.
I have been battling them for about 5 months now but they are unscrupulous and refuse to refund me and allow me to return their product.
If you are considering purchasing from this company, don’t. There are many other brands or even replicas of this mirror that are made higher quality and those companies will actually help should there be an issue.
