Bakwas food at all , I order 3 dishes all was 10/0 plz don’t waste ur money n time only for ambience

Sign looked great however after a few hours it snapped and fell off the wall... emailed them for a replacement and no response, emailed them again a week later, no response. Tried to use their 'contact us' form on their website, no response. A month later I thought I'd give their social media a try, no response on Facebook. They did read my message on Instagram so thought I might get a response but sadly not. I've actually just got a refund by raising a buyer dispute with my bank.
Please don't ignore all of the reviews, this company really is horrendous!

Bought a large acrylic house sign in mineral grey with font in mirrored rose gold. Looks stunning. Quality excellent. Delivery was very quick. Recommend using the fixing template to mount the sign, ensuring it’s completely flat on the wall.

Highly recommend the engraved decanters from Bali & Boo. A great gift that the recipient was thrilled with.

Ordered beginning of November heard absolutely nothing no email nothing. After 3 weeks started asking where delivery was. Nothing. After 5 weeks still nothing. It was a Xmas present and had 3 days to go so brought another mirror as I panicked. They delivered it day before Christmas and won on PayPal as they eventually delivered it. Disgraceful company not worth the grief just look at all the other reports on here and the complaints on their page. They don’t deserve to be in business.

My delivery turned up damaged and I have emailed 4 times and sent messages through social media platforms with no response how to send and get a replacement

Placed an order in November and yesterday was cancelled and my email address blocked!
I contacted them numerous times over the past 2 weeks checking the status of my order and was advised I would receive it by Christmas.
I have not received a refund either!

1 star is too good for them! Disgraceful company. Ordered in November to get a email the week before Christmas to say they have cancelled it! It was the only thing on my child's Santa letter! They knew long before this that they would be cancelling there orders. Should be very ashamed of themselves

AVOID! AVOID! AVOID! Ordered in November for guaranteed Christmas delivery received an email today out of the blue cancelling my order. When I messaged them they stated that the reasons were supply, illness and Royal Mail delivery times despite posting in 6th December saying that they were using other couriers because of the strikes. When I referred them.to the screenshot I had taken (which they had since removed, not amended) they have blocked me. This was my daughter's only request from Father Christmas and I cannot get a replacement!

Appalling customer service from cowboys who take people's money with no intention of fulfilling the order!

I don't even rate it 1 star absolute diabolical service took my money a month ago with the website stating Christmas delivery guaranteed and then today after 15 emails to them and no response they cancel order 12 days before Christmas with nowhere to buy it in time for my daughters main present she chose! AVOID BALI AND BOO LIKE THE PLAGUE

Happy Customer!! Quick service, my personalised house number was dispatched quickly (the team at Bali & Boo even took the time to email me when they noticed a mistake I'd made on the personalisation of the sign!!). It was easy to install with template and fixings included and it looks stunning!! Highly recommended!!

Poor Customer Service

Avoid at all costs, house sign failed after 6 months and despite several emails (they do not have a phone number)! No response ever received. Use other sellers that are more reputable and are not cowboys…

Do not buy a house sign from this company. Purchased an LED house sign for £175 less than 9 months ago and the light is not working, I’ve sent 3 emails on 3 weeks and no response and there is no telephone number! Disgusting company with no appreciation for customers!

This is not Europe so the cooperation is a little but different but good

Ordered a house sign for a new build contemporary home. Came very quickly and is just what we wanted. Excellent quality and looks really smart. Very good value for money.

This was far beyond my expectations!
Unfortunately my house isn't ready yet but no doubt this sign will be a gem and make people react.
I'm extremely satisfied because this was extraordinarily elegant!
