A class of their own
I have purchased from Balewink twice and both occasions have been outstanding. Some terrific (and rare) pieces with competitive prices, fast shipping & truly stellar communication. This is the gold standard for shopping online for designer/luxury fashion.

Terrible shop and service
Purchased a Saint Laurent Denim Jacket from Balewink on Vestiare Collective, which was a womens but sold as a mens jacket. Due to false sizing I was allowed to return it. Balewink then said that they never received it so I still had to pay for it. They then uploaded the jacket on their own site. After I contacted the seller about the upload of the missing jacket they claimed it was a mix up with the mens XL which was uploaded before. They even then deleted it and uploaded it to a third website(grailed). This shows what kind of shop this is. This is now turning into a lawsuit as I have photos of everything. Do not recommend this shop at all. They still argue that its the XL but the sizing label looks different and why make the same mistakes several times. Does not make sense. They even tried to remove this review but thanks to als the screenshots and information I was allowed to have it up here.

First, we would like to clarify that this transaction did not take place on our website, but rather Vestiaire Collective, a marketplace for designer goods.
The customer purchased a Jacket from us which, upon receiving, they decided to return as it did not fit them. As per platform's policy, they were provided with a return label for shipping the goods back to us. Somehow, the jacket went missing in transit and we highlighted this with the platform and with the buyer. After a while, the jacket was delcared as lost and we informed the buyer that they should enquire with VC to receive their refund.
In the meantime, we received a size XL of the same looking jacket which we listed on our website. But, our team made an error and listed the wrong article (the 2 jackets are very similar with the only difference being the label).
Long story short, we never received their jacket back, it is lost as per tracking information. But they can receive compensation from the platform as it was their label used for shipping.

The clothes on sale are often rare finds, like a treasure chest of designer clothing for very competitive prices, I love it. 100% authentic and will continue to shop here. Very happy 5*
