Had Andy from the service department swing by earlier this week to make some small, but important, adjustments to the floor after it was opened to attach the balcony. Outstanding service and really good craftsmanship!

Worked for this company & the health and safety standards are so bad !! Told to work dangerously & that it’s the balco way ! Avoid this company!!!!!

As a resident to an apartment that was getting a balcony, I was surprised at how easy and quick it was to get in touch with Balco and their construction workers are very considerate and flexible. I would highly recommend Balco. They were also able to get us out of a sticky situation after our previous balcony contractor left us hanging. To add to that, they finished construction ahead of time! Special thanks to Alex and Ahmed from the construction team and Ümit from management.

Never had I imagined someone could be so bad at a job they are paid to do.
So far (and I’m afraid this is only the beginning) Balco Altaner have managed to ruin not one, but two of the balcony doors they have set up. The first one had pieces missing when they put it up, the other smashed as a result of them leaving the balcony door completely open and unlocked after a Fridays day of work. As we were not home, the door was left open for the whole weekend. Thank goodness we live on the third floor, so no one could enter. The wooden railing on the balcony was also ruined as a result of this.
In the attempt to fix the first door, they chose to paint the door (which fixed absolutely nothing) and left white paint on three of our leather Arne Jacobsen chairs, as well as on our newly done wooden floors.
My overall impression is that they are not only unprofessional, they are also terrible at their jobs, and take responsibility for nothing.
These are in and of themselves enough reasons to never work with Balco Altaner, and I will warn anyone having balconies set up against choosing them.

This was definitely one of the worst experience I had in my life with any sort of building/renovation company. Here's why:

1.The project is delayed more than 6 months, they have purchased the wrong size of windows not once, not twice but three times.

2. They have damaged my wall and floor in the process of making a door for the balcony.

3.Because of the delay and the fact that they have stored all the materials (Doors, windows, side panels, etc) in an improper way I can already see signs of rust on the balcony.

4. The side windows of the balcony cannot open. I believe that they have been mounted reverse. They are supposed to open on the outside but they are opening on the inside and because of that one window is blocking the other.

5. Customer support is aweful. i've contact plenty of times both balco and their main engineer regarding my wall and the fact that the window cannot open and nothing has happened. They have been incredibly slow to respond (over a month for several emails) and their response to everything is: Put it in the final evaluation feedback.

We recently got a new balcony made and installed by Balco. We were well informed about the process and the works were done timely and effectively. The service men responsible for balconies in Ringstedgade were super nice and professional. We were highly impressed by the quality of the balcony and the positive attitude of the workers.
