Unsafe practice

I ordered two bags, for my husband and I. They said they had an issue with my payment but my card had been charged they were luring me into giving my personal information ( picture of my ID and my credit card with my bank statement) when requested the reason why they said they would cancel my order which I already paid for.

Don't buy from Balardi if you are in Canada

Order shoes from Canada and they didn't tell me about import cost when it arrived they told me I need to give 75 CAD more or 122 CAD if u want to return. This is totally unfair and unacceptable customer service and like fraud from my point of view

Overall retailer I’d recommend

I liked the selection of brands and sizes at Balardi. Sale prices are very good, and I feel that makes you competitive with other retailers out there.

The thing I didn’t like was slow processing time. While waiting for my order to be processed and shipped, I contacted customer care and they were great. Once the order was shipped it arrived quite fast. So the only thing I feel Balardi could improve is faster processing time. For my order it took a week, and that’s a long time if you need your order by specific date which was my case.

Overall happy with my shopping experience, and hope my feedback will help improve it even further :)
