I purchased a jewelry set for my grandson for Christmas. Christmas Eve I gave him my gift and to our disappointment the set I purchased was too small to fit him. I contacted Balanzi and they responded with a solution that not only solved the size problem, but quickly got me a different set that not only fit my grandson but made him very happy. I was sceptical as I ordered my necklace. But I was immediately surprised by the look and quality of it!!! The chain is heavy weight for its size and the warranty was 100% satisfactory. I was so impressed I ordered the matching 12mm bracelet.

Daughter got it for Christmas and has not taken it off yet. Yesterday she was trying to plot a way to get a complete set with a couple more chains. Her birthday is coming up April 15 so I may have to buy one more

Great delivery time and the chain exceeded my expectations. I was surprised at the hefty weight.

After I ordered my Cuban link necklace…….it was too thick for my liking, (12MM), n I asked to exchange it for a smaller diameter, (8 MM),
But to my surprise, I was told that I didn’t need to return the necklace n that they would be shipping me out a smaller one right away

Great company!! Every piece of jewelry I've bought has been perfect! I never take it off once it's on and it has never faded. Other pieces that I've given as gifts have been great also. No complaints!! I recommend this business!!

Well i guest ill start at the begining. It was very easy to put in my order and it was proscest rapidly. I received in a quick delivery. i was very happy with the crafmenship of the chain and the bracelet. I put them on rightaway and i wanted to see if i could keep them on day and night. Well i am wearing them 24 hrs a day and they still dont tarnish my neck and that is wearing them when i shovel snow and these days that is often.
The quality is great and also they are not to h eavy or light and like i say wear them 24/7 and there no discomfort and i am sure that if i have to order some thing else i won't hesitate to order from thhem.
i will even refer them to my friends and family.
