Worst support ever. Took 4 weeks to receive dumbbell set, no bolts, pieces missing. Try to contact support 5 emails, no reply, tried to call mailbox full. Do not order from this company.

They sent a weight set and rack but failed to include any hardware (screws) to put the weight rack together. After inquiring if they could simply mail a small envelope with the few screws, over six months later (ordered 3/2/25), it's excuse after excuse after excuse and they want me to "mail" the entire 150 lb weight set back. These people are serious morons.

Missing weight in shipment, box was intact so happened in packaging . I purchased from Walmart. They or balancefrom will not answer complaint. I even offered to purchase missing weight as I can't use other 3. Horrible customer service.

There is no phone number or website for this company so when something goes wrong with the order or quality, you are out of luck.

Nice exercise ball, great packaging with accessories. Seems to be made of heavy vinyl and should last a long time. Thank you

I purchased the Adjustable Workout Aerobic Step Platform to continue my Physical Therapy at home. It arrived in good condition and in a timely fashion. I like the adjustable feature. I am using it at 6" to do my exercises. I am 70+ years old and this will help keep my legs in shape and rehab my knee. The platform is a good size and it does not slip on my tile floor. It works great for me!

The way this product was made..Nothing cheap was used and rated for 315lbs lets you know it is very stable also..

This fitness ball was purchased primarily to be used as a body bridge for stretching my back. That in itself is awesome. It is also useful for a variety of other exercises including slow movement towards the floor when using a Nordic stick for the hamstrings. My hope is to strengthen them after a stroke. Also notable is that this ball can be purchased in a variety of colors. Most companies offer colors associated with the size of the ball. This company lets you choose regardless of size. Color makes me happy 😊

Broken and missing parts, Very disappointed.

Good luck with actually getting everything you order. I ordered the Power cage with lat pull down, then the cable cross over in a separate order.

The lat pull down was missing the pulley in the middle so it wont function. The cable crossover had multiple broken wheels so it wont function. I emailed their support as directed (multiple times) and no reply in over a month.

Cage seems to work fine, but unless you add the additional attachments it can have quite a bit of movement. Assembly was slow going without more than 1 person.

TLDR good luck receiving all parts, BalanceFrom Support is non existent buyer beware.

Love my new aerobic step from BalanceFrom. Just the right height to exercise an ageing hip. Easy to assemble and move around.
