SCAM, AVOID !!!

This is clearly a very smart website designed to scam people off huge amounts of money. Just stay away from it. I hope someone will report them to the police or any law enforcement.

Total scam - multi-faceted fraud

I attempted to buy a watchband that was listed online as $41 with free shipping and duty-free.
When I tried to pay via Paypal, I logged in to send the payment, but then the site glitched and I was returned back to a 404 error page on the website. I checked my email - no order confirmation.
Thinking this was a technical error, I tried again - same result. So I checked my Paypal to see what was wrong.
Instead of the $41 authorized, I was charged $666.47 and then immediately refunded $32.87 by the seller (apparently to try to bypass Paypal's buyer protection system by being able to say it's been refunded).
Minutes later, I was charged $733.11 and then again refunded the $36.13.
I tried emailing the address on the website contact page, and both different sellers listed on Paypal. The contact page email bounced as not existing. The others have not replied.
This is clearly a scam.
Even if they "ship" something, it is clearly fake and designed to steal your money for a month while Paypal investigates.
As an extra layer of mess, this is so complex that Paypal has trouble filing for it. They only have a certain number of ticket types and this doesn't fit any of them. We can't say it's a duplicate transaction, because they sent each under a different seller for a slightly different amount. We can't say it's unauthorized, because it will be automatically rejected (because I'm the only one on the account and I used my own login). We can't say I was overcharged, because then I have to wait to see if they ship something to get the remainder. We can't say I didn't receive my item, because then all they have to do is mail me a package - containing literally anything - and I have to wait for it to arrive and not be as described to file another claim for the wrong item.
This is clearly intended to trap your money, interest free, for a month while Paypal goes through their process, OR they're hoping the buyer isn't persistent or smart or tech-savvy enough to successfully navigate the dispute process and then they get to keep it all.
This needs to be reported to law enforcement.
