If your thinking of using these incompetent fools for compensation claim, forget it, making unrealistic predictions, not keeping records of instruction, making threats to take people to court and charge them for dropping claims, due to the incompetent staff, I will be goin to the law society and making complaint, these people are fools liars stay well clear

very disappointed by this company ,for almost three years it takes a claim,walks from one lawyer to another,she asks you the same things you answered two years ago and a year ago,and more recently deals with police investigations that are unrelated to their case,Phil James asks you for personal information to give police officers in other cases.very disappointed with this company,do not trust them.says he sends you a new investigation to a doctor, but he does not want to send.very disappointed with this Phil James Backers Solicitor does not respect data protection GDPR....forcing you to go to another doctor to see another doctor again after you've been seen by specialist doctors and a lot of checks in hospitals,when you accept it no longer wants to send you to any doctor,this Becker's Solicitor company is not interested in customers, they have no interest in finishing the case as soon as possible.

I should have followed my intuition when I first had dealings with this company as they kept asking me the same questions on 3 or 4 occasions – totally ignoring my previous answers. I felt they were devoid of customer service principles and I was just "a mark" for more revenue. They told me it would take "about a year" to sort my claim.
I was left in the dark for months, having no inkling what was going on. Whenever I requested updates or clarification, responses were vague. I had to lodge at least two formal complaints as I was disappointed at the level of "service" I was receiving, and suggestions I had made to obtain evidence was overlooked. It appeared they were working against me, rather than with me. What I did not realise (AND YOU WOULD BE ADVISED TO HEED THIS) - they actually took umbrage and offence over my seeking clarification and used my requests for clarification, my suggestions and my complaints AGAINST ME as "black marks". They even fabricated personal attacks against me to justify their inaction with extreme vituperation even lying stating I had "shouted" over the phone - when no such thing ever happened, and there is no recording to evidence such a fictitious occurrance!
So devoid of customer service were they - they actually WASTED EIGHTEEN MONTHS shuffling paper and doing NOTHING. I should have followed my intuition and LEFT THEM SOONER. They eventually threw their dummy out the pram in a fit of petulant rage - revealing their true unprofessional, puerile and asinine colours for what they really were - ruthless mercenaries! They showed me zero concern as a human being - and they let me down badly. They are pig-ignorant, arrogant and incredibly unprofessional time-wasters. Avoid at all costs - as it will cost you in the end! They do NOT care about you - just how to screw you over!

A very disorganised organisation, they accepted my claim and told me a rep would visit in a few days. The rep never turned up then they claimed my case would not be taken on by them. The receptionist has no clue what she is doing and just ums and ahs. She told me she would call back and never did. Avoid

Excellent service from start to finish although three different people dealt with my case it was dealt with professionally by each person

I came across Baker solicitors by chance ,after Being lost and unable to continue with my claim, some companies told me that it's not going to lead anywhere to claim and that I will get nothing. But Baker solicitors have evaluated my case and told me that they can take it and the amount that I can get. I accepted their offer and I am really pleased to deal with them. I recommend Baker solicitors to anyone, no matter how his case is difficult or easy. It is the best in Uk.

DEALT WITH MY CLAIM EFFECTIVELY KEPT ME FULLY INFORMED INTIALLY BY EMAIL THEN FOLLOWED BY A LETTER. GAVE SOUND ADVICE. WOULD USE AGAIN IF THE CIRCUMSTANCE AROSE.

AFTER 15 MONTHS I WILL BE PLEASED IF THE OUTCOME IS WHAT BAKERS HAVE SAID IT WILL BE STILL WAITING THE PAYMENT,, BUT HAD AT THE BEGINNING B&Q SAID THE REASON WHY THE ACCIDENT HAPPENED WAS BECAUSE

Carol and her secretary, Carolyn, were ultimate professionals: caring, responsive, attentive and always at the end of the line if I needed them.
In what was a rather sticky matter Carol pulled out the stops to fight my case, one which was of paramount importance to me, not so much financially but morally and she got a great result.
