It took long to get the oven, but to be fair, the issue was not yours. When you got the oven (Ooni Karu 16) in your store, it took just a couple of days for the delivery and I got also some extras as a way to compensate the delay :) so I appreciate the maximum effort and you get the full score and the promise to be your client for a long time (well, I already placed other 2 orders ,😜)
