Have previously used baits r us and had a good experience with them, unfortunately not this time! Not their fault but they are let down by using truly terrible couriers (APC overnight)
All bait was fully defrosted when the package arrived a day later than the nominated day delivery I could see that it was sent out on time and then left to thaw in the depot for 2 days! Unfortunately I won't be using them again

purchased a few things all arived fully frozen and in good condition. Delivery arived promptly. I didnt use my purchases for fishing but to make frozen food cubes for my predator fish in my large aquarium.

Ordered over £100 worth of frozen bait which was sent out yesterday which is fine. The haulier firm delivering set out to deliver at 7.38 am this morning and i have found out the bait has been sent back to the depot undelivered.

Unreliable couriers make the delivery of bait a lottery.

Ordered over 100 pounds worth of eels they were well packed but sadly wasn't one of first drops so most of the eels were defrosted and had to go in the bin

First time Bait arrived well packed and frozen, one mistake i made was ordering frozen rag, once thawed out was like mush could have used the money on exter black lug, will be buying again without the frozen rag, recomend bait r us for good frozen bait

Horrendous, bait arrived defrosted and wasn't packed properly this is the second time this has happened so I phoned them and they were totally disinterested and accused me of lying avoid at all costs

Great service bait is well packaged have used Baits R Us a couple of times and will continue to use them keep up the good work guys

I Ordered bait last week and had the delivery today on schedule. Where as trout, mackerel, pollen and herring were fine the eel section was absolutely shocking all sections were 2" long, a bait this length as well as being rubbish would lead to a deep hooked pike if used. I contacted baits r us and they informed me this was there usual size bait and told me you can see size in pkts on the website however this is not the case as the bait in the pkts is the same length as writing on pkt as is the 8" trout pkt. so it is deciving as pkt and writing has been shrunk right down so looks same size as other baits, if you are happy buying 2" baits then fine but not for me . delivery is good

This was my first time using Baits'R'Us. I must say that i am very impressed with the ordering, communication throughout and how the parcel of peeler crab arrived very well packaged and still frozen solid. i will use these again without hesitation and will recommend to others. Keep up the good work guys.
