Low quality harness that hurt my dog…
Low quality harness that hurt my dog and created wounds on her legs. When I requested I return, I was told the harness had been work and it could not be resold, so a return was not possible. Poor customer service - unhelpful, focus on money and stopped answering my emails. I have checked my spam folder and I have not received any emails despite the FU. I will not buy their products again not recommended the company.
After reading the reviews here, I can see they are being very dismissive and say that they answer customers despite the reviews say they have not answered.

We’re sorry to hear that you’ve felt frustrated with your experience, and we completely understand how this would feel. We always aim to respond to all messages within 24 hours, however as a small team there can occasionally be slight delays during busier periods.
We’re also very sorry to hear that your dog experienced discomfort, which is never something we would want.
As mentioned in our emails, items that have been worn unfortunately aren’t eligible for return unless they are faulty. From our previous communication, it appeared this was more likely related to the fit of the harness rather than a fault with the item itself, and we did try to assist with adjustments, as this is most often the cause of issues like this.

Beautiful but useless
We bought this harness a while ago and I can say that it's not effective against pulling. We've got a german shepherd and he is a very active and curious dog. Our main issue was to stop him from pulling. When the harness arrived it was beautifully packed and organised. We were excited to try it on. It fits him well and it looks great, however, it definitely doesn't stop him from pulling. Attaching the lead to the top of the harness makes him pull more, and attaching it to the front diverts him but doesn't stop him from pulling. Therefore, two stars, one for the way it looks and another for the handle on top of the harness. It doesn't stop him from pulling, the lead is too long and we had a few accidents where the collar would unplug. It didn't make our life easier. I love the idea of the harness but I don't think that it's suited for big dogs.

New harness …
The size guidelines for the harness were helpful. My dog is an English bulldog and he’s quite broad in the shoulder but has a small head. Also the offer of a free swap if the harness didn’t fit for a different size was reassuring. It was delivered quickly and fits Hamish perfectly. He loves his new harness 😊

Beautiful Set
Ordered the harness, lead, collar, poo bag & bow tie. Not sure I'll use the bow tie but it came with the bundle which was a great price. Fits perfectly and it really good quality. The only thing I wish is the collar had the padding on like in the lead to make it more comfy for my dog.
Would definitely recommend Bailey and coco 😁🐕

The delivery service was really quick, the package came and it was wrapped carefully and when I opened it the product was so much more than I expected, the stitching was really strong and the colours were absolutely beautiful, the harness looks amazing on my boy and the added bag holder is a must have

Oxford tweed harness
Ordered a Oxford tweed harness for my 15month old miniture daxie. Ordered on the friday arrived monday. In hindsight should have got XS as a S is a lil big, but he is in between sizes on the chart, rather than return im keeping n have just ordered the celestial on, this one seems to be a bit longer at arriving. All in all the quality is good I think the only improvement would be to make them easy to adjust
