I am sharing my experience to warn other users about this platform.
My account was recently closed by Bahigo without any prior warning, and all my funds were withheld. The reason given was a supposed breach of their Terms and Conditions, specifically related to “multiple accounts” and “bonus abuse.”
However, I have only ever had one account, and I have not violated any rules. Despite this, they did not provide any concrete evidence to support their claims — only a generic explanation referencing multiple possible violations.
I have contacted their support team requesting:
Clear evidence of the alleged breach
Details of any supposed linked accounts
A proper explanation of their decision
So far, I have not received any meaningful response.
From my perspective, this feels like an unjustified confiscation of funds under vague and unproven accusations. The lack of transparency and accountability is very concerning.
I strongly advise others to be cautious when using this platform, especially when it comes to holding balances or accepting bonuses.
I will be escalating this matter further through formal complaints and my payment provider if this is not resolved.
