Bagista Reviews 

Since I did not have the option to reply to your arrogant and disrespectful answer to my previous review, I will write another review and my answer is :
First of all, you do not even have the decency to sign your reply, but you address me by my supposed name.
It is public knowledge who the owner of the store is and it is certainly not you, the guy who replied to my review and harassed me by sending me long messages on my personal number.
Second, my bag is authentic and I did not mind you authenticating it. But what was a red flag for me is that you wanted me to just simply give you my Kelly bag and leave it with you! Without no paperwork, no insurance! You say you have a « strict, non-negotiable authentication protocol ». Fine by me. But I also do not negotiate to leave my bag with you without being covered by an isurance if something happens to it. I paid for this bag £25000 ! Not once have you assured me: « if something happens to your bag during our « strict non-negotiable authenticity protocol », we will cover the cost! Here is the paperwork to sign with obligations for both parties involved. »
That is what a professional shop would do if it appreciates its customers. Have you forgotten I spent more than £80000 in your shop? And you talk like this to me and ask me to trust you? Like I very well said on your CCTV: you are a vindictive person. Your poor answer to my previous review just reinforces it: you show no respect for your returning customers and treat them like cash cows.

Most importantly, my goal of selling my pre-loved bag was successfully achieved with Bagista. The overall experience was pleasant — their service was efficient and fast. Emma, my consultant, was friendly, helpful, and guided me seamlessly through the entire disposal process.

Mindy at Bagista made selling my bag so easy! She was professional, kind, and kept me updated. Everything went smoothly and quickly. Highly recommend!

My first time selling with Bagista and I’m very pleased with the result.They took my bag on consignment and it was sold within a couple of weeks. Some sites pressure you to accept a lower price for the sake of a sale but there was none of that. Very clear and professional in their process and their comms.
