Scam!!! Paid for an item nearly a month ago.....never received it....have sent multiple emails since and had no response! Avoid!

Item hasn't arrived 1 month after purchase..

Have emailed a few times to try and make contact.

Smooth transaction… item lived up to my expectations..

Ordered a few items. One not turned up. Promised a refund. Haven’t received. Items I did receive were not as described so asked to refund. Dom from baggy boys you should be embarrassed. Absolutely shocking customer service. Avoid like the plague

Bit of a scam place. Paid for next day delivery and it took over two weeks and even when I contacted support it about it took a few days for a reply and they blamed it on it being around the Christmas period but when you read other reviews it’s a problem year round. They didn’t offer a refund for the next delivery charge.

The quality of the print was also disappointingly poor. It’s looks it’s been printed on photo paper never mind the fact that’s these charlatans are ripping off licensed products.

Don’t order from here.

Item ordered at start of December still has not arrived. No contact from the company, despite me trying to contact them by email and social media. Presume I’ve lost my money - is this a scam company?

Cant believe you sent this to me without the thing being delivered

Delivery said it would arrive in 3-5 days. I ordered this about 3 weeks ago and I have not received or heard anything since. I have tried contacting the company 3 separate times and I have heard nothing back. A complete scam and I have wasted £12. Do not buy from this company.

Ordered a hat 4 weeks ago , still haven't got it , send a number of emails and still nothing. Really disappointed, will go with further actions tomorrow

Decent enough sunglasses. Thought they might have been branded and had a case or pouch with them though.

Terrible company should not be allowed to trade. I've given 1 star They don't deserve that.

After numerous attempts at contacting Dom, he still hasn't reimbursed me with my Refund for a parcel that never arrived after 2 months, and then after 6 months of back and forth emails of "the refund will be here soon". Have i seen a refund? No. They tried to get me to remove my review so they would "be able" to send me my refund. Don't give them your money because they'll just steal it off you and think its okay after not replying to you.

Parcel hasn’t arrived contacted them for information no response. Tracker hasn’t been updated.

I absolutely love the hat, it’s perfect. Great quality and nice and light on the head so your head doesn’t get too warm and you want take it off, which is an issue I have had with other fluffy bucket hats.

I am still waiting on my parcel, I have sent an email enquiry regarding this and I have had no reply
