Scammers sell counterfeit backpacks made in Vietnam and Cambodia.
The north face backpack broke in two days and the north face store confirmed it was counterfeit . Chargeback if you haven’t

Guaranteed “fake” products
Guaranteed “fake” products. The chest strap broke on my router transit backpack and I sent it to north face for repair. North face repair department returned it in the same condition, with a letter stating it’s counterfeit. Items ship from Singapore or Vietnam, not the US. The seller makes it impossible to return, once purchased. Don’t buy from bag4people, they should be shutdown!

Nightmare experience
Nightmare experience. Terrible quality and “The North Face” bag we paid for was broken and ripped within days of use. Multiple attempts to resolve and no refund has been offered nor a replacement sent.
