Horrible. I have blond hair and got the ash brown tint. My eyebrows became ginger red, as Henna usually does with my hair although they promised a different result. The customer service said they would send me a different color to try but never did and never refunded as requested. Absolute waste of money.

Absolutely rubbish and a total rip off. Did not colour my skin at all.

I ordered one product and was unknowingly enrolled in a subscription. When I tried to cancel, I clearly stated I did not want any more products because the original did not work. I was still told I had to buy more to get out of it. They charged me for a second item that was never sent and pressured me to pay more to cancel. This is predatory and deceptive. Do not purchase from this company.

I do not understand these people to be honest. They are good at marketing so they made me want to try their brow products. But my credit card always got rejected while attempting to make the order. I tried with two different cards. Same result. Mind you these past days I ordered so many things online I they never got rejected even on international websites. Their answer was that I just lift all my credit card restrictions, which is definitely fishy. Why not fix your website or check whether you have your certificates updated or you're not restricted yourself? So they dont want to do anything about it other than making me put my credit card at risk. Thats a shame because if their products are as good as they advertise it, I would've been a repeat customer, but this whole thing just seems untrustworthy and I would advise people to be cautions about requests like this.

Ordered the hold up brow wax. Received it yesterday and was beyond disappointed. The product was almost 60% empty. I have seen pictures of this product on Tiktok and know how much product is in it but mine was literally empty. A total rip off. Shame on this company.
