It seems my previous review has been removed or not published, so I feel the need to share my experience again so others can be aware before making a decision.

I had a frustrating experience with Badge Clinic. After initially contacting them and going back and forth with other clinics, I decided to proceed with them, but it turned out to be a disappointing choice. The nurses were unhelpful, and the surgeon didn’t meet my expectations at all. The hospital staff were slow to respond—my call bell was often ignored, and pain relief was delayed when I needed it most.

I wouldn’t recommend Badge Clinic for cosmetic surgery; I truly regret choosing them. The aftercare has been lackluster, and I’ve had several issues that they haven’t addressed properly. Furthermore, the overall communication with the clinic was poor, leaving me feeling neglected and uninformed throughout the entire process.

Appointments were frequently rescheduled without clear explanations, and the staff seemed disorganized, which added unnecessary stress to an already challenging experience.

The lack of professionalism and empathy from the team made me question their commitment to patient care. I strongly advise others to explore alternative clinics for cosmetic surgery to avoid the frustration and disappointment I encountered.

I had my dhi hair transplant on 28th February 2026 and so far I'm very happy with the results.
The company/staff from the initial enquiry through to the procedure and aftercare have been exellent.
In regards to the aftercare they have been extraordinary in answering what ever random questions I have had.
As a side note I had been concentrating on my fitness and diet a good 6 months beforehand to help with recovery and have continued to do so since (waiting 6 full weeks to begin heavy training again) as recommended by the team.
So if you look after yourself properly before and follow the advise of the post care team (ie no smoking or alcohol) your going to get great results if your not willing to put the effort in then that's on you and no one else.
I have not hesitated in recommending to mates so hope this helps.

I cannot recommend these guys enough! Was so professional! So caring! I was due to have boob job and Tummy tuck but due to my bloods being low I was told was to risky for the tummy tuck as I was anemic, that is why I chose them they cared enough to give me my money back for my tummy tuck and go ahead with my boobs as there was no blood loss risk. I am coming back for the tummy tuck with badge and I can’t wait I would recommend these people to any one! And I’m so so so grateful for all that they done for me x

A Heartbreaking Experience..

I am writing this review with a heavy heart, still recovering from the emotional and physical toll of my experience at Badge Clinic. I traveled all the way from Italy, filled with hope and trust, believing the glossy social media posts and the promises made during my initial consultation. Unfortunately, the reality was a nightmare that I wouldn't wish on anyone.

The lack of care began almost immediately after I was admitted. Choosing a surgeon is a deeply personal decision, and I felt confident in Dr. Evern initially. However, the post-operative attention was non-existent. I felt like once the payment was processed, the "VIP treatment" vanished. The hospital environment was cold and disorganized. I spent hours in my room feeling invisible; my call bell was treated as a mere suggestion rather than a cry for help. When you are in a foreign country, unable to move and in significant pain, being ignored by the nursing staff is terrifying. I had to wait far too long for basic pain relief, leaving me in unnecessary distress during the most vulnerable hours of my recovery.

The communication was the most frustrating part. My appointments were moved and rescheduled with zero regard for my travel plans or my mental state. It felt as though the staff was constantly "playing Tetris" with patients rather than providing a professional medical service. I never received a clear explanation for the delays, and whenever I asked questions, I was met with dismissive attitudes or vague answers that left me feeling completely uninformed

THE aftercare has been the final "slap in the face." Since returning to Italy, I have reached out with several concerns regarding my healing process and specific issues I am experiencing. The responses—when they actually come—are lackluster and robotic. There is a total absence of the empathy and professionalism you would expect from a clinic handling something as sensitive as cosmetic surgery.

truly regret not listening to my gut and choosing one of the other clinics I had shortlisted. I feel neglected and deeply disappointed. If you are considering traveling to Turkey for surgery, please, learn from my mistake. Do not be swayed by the initial sales pitch. Look for a clinic that actually values human life and patient comfort over turnover. Badge Clinic failed me on every level, and the "disorganized" nature of their operation is a massive red flag for anyone’s safety and peace of mind.

The booking process was quick when it came to taking the deposit, but getting it back is a completely different story. I’ve been waiting for a refund for quite some time now and still nothing. Very disappointing handling of the situation.

I had a rhinoplasty recently and I couldn’t be happier with the results. My doctor did an excellent job — the outcome looks very natural and exactly what I hoped for.

The aftercare team was also outstanding. They were very supportive, attentive, and always available whenever I needed help. A special thank you to Ceren Hanım, who was absolutely amazing throughout the whole process. She answered all of my questions, reassured me, and visited me every day after the surgery, which made me feel very comfortable and cared for.

Overall, it was a great experience from start to finish, and I highly recommend this team to anyone considering rhinoplasty.

Very professional made me feel happy and comfortable from the taxi ride to the hotel and then hospital was amazing 🤩

This place is 10/10 the service from airport pick up to having my tummy tuck with Lipo and muscle repair the care I was given was unbelievable, o travelled alone from the uk , and haven’t felt so comfortable, OP. MAHMUT NURİ KARATOPRAK wow what a doctors the professional standards to absolutely kind gesture he did but also made me feel like my best interest to make me confident again was being Hurd without me saying anything, this doctor is AMAZING!!!! 10/10 , the nurses after care has been phenomenal I can’t thank them all enough ! Really bad.
Hotel was not booked at Time.
The price was for a total surgery and a half surgery was made with no result.
No check up was made by the doctor.
And now the result is like nothing was done.
Pain is still présent after 5 month.

I paid dor gynecomastia surge and only adipomastia was perform because if advise of the doctor. Adipomastia is normaly less price. It is not a problem for me if the result is correct. But the result is not correct. It is like a made nothing.
I want to ad the nurse let me a lot of hours with a needle in my arm for nothing.

Before traveling, I was asked to send a deposit, which I did. Unfortunately, my plans changed and I couldn’t go ahead with the treatment. Since then, I’ve been trying to get my deposit refunded, but I keep getting vague responses. It doesn’t feel very professional.+

I don’t usually write reviews, but I feel like I should share my experience with Badge Clinic as it was quite disappointing. I travelled from Germany to Istanbul for what I expected to be a straightforward dental procedure. Before arriving, I had already sent them all the details about my existing implant, including the brand, so I assumed everything would be prepared.

However, during my first appointment, I was told that they didn’t have the correct abutment for my implant. This was surprising and frustrating, especially since I had provided this information in advance. I ended up waiting several days without clear communication, which added unnecessary stress to my trip.

At one point, they mentioned they might not be able to proceed at all, which left me feeling stuck in a foreign country with no clear plan. Eventually, after I insisted on a solution, things suddenly started moving again, but by then my original travel plans were already disrupted. I had to rearrange my flight and extend my stay, which came with extra costs.

When the treatment was finally completed, I wasn’t happy with the result. The crowns didn’t match the natural color of my teeth, and something about the overall appearance just felt off. It didn’t look like what had been discussed beforehand.

Overall, the experience felt disorganized and stressful. I went there hoping to fix a previous issue, but unfortunately, I left feeling more frustrated than before.

Everything seemed fine until I arrived in Istanbul. Plans suddenly changed, and important checks that were supposed to happen earlier were delayed.
After hours of waiting, I was told I couldn’t go ahead with surgery, yet I still had to cover unexpected costs.
I felt misled and left without proper support.

I went for a hair transplant earlier this year and I wish I had researched more beforehand. The process wasn’t as smooth as expected, and communication was inconsistent throughout.
I think it’s important to fully understand everything before committing.

My experience has been very disappointing. I had a procedure done here and ended up with damage to one of my teeth while I was under anaesthetic...
At first they acknowledged it, but later refused to help unless I covered the cost myself. Getting any documentation afterwards has been almost impossible.

Really think twice before using this clinic ! They lie about blood results so you have to pay extra to see a doctor who just listens to your chest, the results are not there ! The staff are awful , I have messages and pictures of not getting no response back , Urga doesn’t reply , stated I want to make a complaint and no one will get back to me , they will take your money and scam you really think twice , I will be taking this further

A very bad experience do not recommend!!! Dr eren badly misplaced my implants making me look like I have peck implants and giving an all round horrible appearance my nipple was too low and they were uneven!They do not want to help you after not to mention how ill I felt compared to other operations. Very bad!

I'm currently here stuck in bed, haven't eaten for 2 days and they bring me 4 olives a slice of tomato and a bun. That's breakfast apparently , warm and soggy . They kept trying to force me to walk and I passed out. Nurses don't care at all. No English spoken so they didn't understand when I was in allot of pain and nearly vomited all over myself. I'm feeling very vulnerable and hungry. And sad because they don't nurse you like they promise to. The hotel had somebody else blood on the toilet roll. Don't listen to them when they say they have nurses to take care of you.
They came to get money and I haven't seen them since!!!!!
Awful awful experience. If I could get up and leave I would.

This is an agency, not a hospital.
And they won't take responsibility if something happens to you.
My brother had surgery there last week and narrowly escaped death; he's currently receiving treatment in England.
They ignored us and kept demanding extra money from my brother.

I’d give 0 stars if i could. I underwent a breast reduction procedure at this clinic. While I was under anaesthetic,+ my tooth was chipped. The clinic acknowledged that this occurred but later refused to take responsibility unless I paid an additional £800 to have it fixed.

since then, I have made multiple formal requests for copies of the consent forms and documents I signed, but these have not been provided. My attempts to resolve the issue and submit a complaint have been ignored, with repeated excuses given instead.

I am now having to escalate this matter further due to the lack of accountability and transparency. Based on my experience, I would strongly advise others to proceed with caution.+
