Delivery misleading
Title: Delayed Delivery and Misleading Communication
I ordered a bathtub from Badeshop.dk on 05.01.2025, with delivery promised in 3 days. On 08.01.2025, I emailed to inquire about the delay and received only a notification that the package was registered with PostNord but has not yet been handed over to the courier. This is misleading – I paid for the product and expected accurate updates on delivery.
L.E: If I received a reply with a message about the delay of the package I would be much happier. Instead you sent a link with a tracking that was only registered in the warehouse, all without any explanation. Things went very well when I submitted a negative review and I don't understand why people have to resort to negative reviews to do your job professionally.
P. S. The delivery company put the package at another address. If he tried to call the intercom he would have seen that my name was not displayed there. However, he dropped the package off and left. 86B is not 86A.
At least the bathub is ok with small scratch colors from transport i guess but it's not bothering.
