Ordered a T-shirt which was too small but there was no instructions how to exchange/ return so I emailed them 2 weeks ago and nothing so far…
Scam or they don’t care after they took my money… Not ordering again. They lost me as a customer.

Nice to have an assortiment of band merch. When adding one more t-shirt to the order, the shippings costs increased quit a lot. This is the only thing i did not like.

I don't know how you have got the nerve…
I don't know how you have got the nerve to ask for feedback when you have not even delivered an order that was placed weeks ago. Last thing I heard was that you had put my order into the custody of the terrible Royal Mail on 24 July, since then nothing has been heard. The Royal Mail tracking website says we can only provide an update on your order when we have made an attempt to deliver it. What a shambles you charge handsomely for delivery and the buyer just gets terrible service. You want to run an internet business sort out your dispatch and delivery it should take a few days not weeks. Complete disaster... you also don’t answer your phone... worse customer service ever

Beware, SCAMMERS
Totally and absolutely disastrous shop!!
The order has taken more than a month to arrive. I have ordered 11 items and two of them were missing, valued at more than €60. They do not answer any of the messages written to claim the order. They do not respond, either in their own web page or in their own e-mail. The e-mail that they give you to customer care is fake!!! no one is behind it!!!.
