By far the most comfortable mattress I have ever slept on. I have compressed discs and slight curvature of my spine and was waking up stiff and in pain every day. Within just a few weeks I feel the difference with this mattress. I also fall asleep more quickly than I ever have. In addition to the quality of the mattress the sales team was remarkable and extremely patient and knowledgeable helping me find the right mattress and base. I was in the store three times lying on every option and they always made me feel that I was welcome to be there as much as needed to really feel comfortable with my choice. Post setting up the mattress I decided I wanted the legs to be shorter and the mattress closer to the ground and the team immediately came up with a solution. Just an incredible customer service experience from start to post purchase. I spent several years working with InStyle Magazine and on the Esquire/Hearst design homes and it is so rare to find a perfect balance of quality and great sales support. This group has it all. Unbelievable!!! We knew by replacing our 20 year old mattress we would eventually get a better night of sleep. We were amazed it happened the first night we slept in our new bed. Purchasing our new Back Science 3 series mattress was the best the decision we made. Both of us had amazing night of sleep...no tossing and no turning...we felt welled rested when we woke up in the morning. We are writing this review after a month of receiving our new bed. We continue to get a good night of sleep which means we feel refreshed in the morning. We also like that the mattress is customizable to your particular needs which was an added bonus. We went into the Back Science store after visiting the national brand stores. Rick, the owner, and his entire, staff were very patient, explained all of the pros and cons of ALL beds (including their own), answered all of our many questions, and let us make the final decision on the bed we liked best. We ended up ordering the Split Top Series 3 Back Science Hybrid Mattress, along with their back flex adjustable base. They were just delivered a week ago, and we love it! We could not be more happy with our purchases. In addition to the mattress being extremely comfortable, and the bed frame having more features than we know what to do with (which we are also enjoying) we also got the Back Science sheets and pillows that are soft and comfortable, and help us enjoy a great night's sleep. Their prices were also very fair and competitive. Lastly, every person from the sales staff, the delivery guys and their customer service staff, have been friendly, helpful and made our purchase and delivery of our new bed, seamless. I highly recommend Back Science to anyone looking for a new bed and a great night's sleep.
