DO NOT USE BACK RESTORE AT ANY COST
This company's customer service is the worst ever! I ordered the back restore and used it twice before the charging cord shorted out. Then I used my own cord which they told me to and the heat was so high it burned my back. I complained to them several times and asked for a refund. Their policy states:60‑Day Money Back Guarantee

They stalled and stalled by saying they were very busy and they would get to my question as soon as they could. Finally they wrote and said they would give me back 30%. I paid 90.00 for this. I said it was not acceptable. They stalled with more and more letters saying the same thing: THEY WERE BUSY AND WOULD GET BACK TO ME AS SOON AS THEY COULD.
Finally they sent a letter stating they would refund 50% but that was all they could do, even if the item was defective. DO NOT USE THIS COMPANY UNDER ANY CIRCUMSTANCE UNLESS YOU WANT TO BE SCAMMED. I would have give -10 stars if it would let me.
