Terrible experience as a seller on Back Market. We've been selling on the platform and the way they treat sellers is genuinely one of the worst I've seen in the industry.

They fine you for absolutely everything, often for issues that are clearly on their end. Support spams you constantly with threats and warnings instead of actually helping. They withhold money that isn't rightfully theirs to hold.

One clear example: their VAT ID validation on seller profiles was bugged, which caused them to invoice us fees including VAT. When we asked for a refund of the VAT they incorrectly charged, they refused to return it, even though their own team admitted the bug existed on their side. That's not a mistake, that's just keeping money you know you're not entitled to.

Listing new products that don't have an existing catalog entry is another nightmare. We've been waiting more than TWO MONTHS for a new listing to go live, with no clear timeline and no real support to speed it up.

On top of that, their deferred payout schedule feels completely arbitrary. Funds get released whenever it suits them, with no transparency on the actual rules or timing.

Overall: zero transparency, they squeeze sellers at every opportunity, and support is effectively nonexistent when you actually need help resolving a real problem. I would not recommend this platform to any serious seller.

To be honest, I'm really happy with my new Google Pixel 8 Pro. It was listed as "Good", so I was a little worried at first. However, it arrived very quickly, in just a few days.

The phone came with a silicone case and a tempered glass screen protector already installed. There are only a few very small scratches. On the display, they are not visible when the phone is on. When it's off, the scratches are only visible from certain angles, and you really have to look for them.

According to AccuBattery, after a few charge cycles, the battery health is at 95%. In my opinion, the phone is almost like new.

Phone started falling apart after 6 months, not responding to emails, avoid at all costs.

I purchased an Apple tablet. It was delivered very quickly and in promised state. One star down for payment - Apple Pay was not working when I tried it. I had to enter my card number on the page. Not great.
