I was doubtful buying a refurbished phone, bit I wanted to try. Bought a Pixel 5 in "excellent" conditions, the phone has been delivered on time and the phone looks like brand new, also battery is perfect. Really good product for the money i spent!

I am totally happy with my product (Dell Inspiron 17 inch model 7706 for 1100 euros), it was described as excellent and IT IS. Very easy to deal via Back Market and my seller has been the best seller ever: super quick shipment (two days before the expected date) and, above all, a TOP PACKAGING! Never seen so much defensive package around a PC and for this I am so grateful. First time for me with refurbished products, so positive in every way, I will sure buy refurbished again in future. Bought a pair of apple AirPods over 10 days ago still waiting for them, try to get in contact with them they just give useless information and after 2 messages they simply stop replaying trying to get my money back now definetly negative experience and will never buy from here again.

Great price (the next nearest was nearly €100 more), fast delivery and, most importantly, a great product exactly as described, it seems hardly used at all. The only possible improvement would be to include the usb-c to headphone jack connector, but it was clear in the description that this would not be included so there were no surprises.

I have been using the Samsung S20 for a couple weeks now and have not experienced any issues. I chose the option with least damage. Phone arrived in 2 days. It had one tiny scratch (not on the screen). The back cover was a bit loose which I couldn't snap back perfectly well but anyway I use a phone case. There were fingerprintsall over the back cover - it would have been nice if they had been wiped off for a new phone feeling. Packaging was cardboard and minimal which I appreciate.

Overall a great choice for the money and environmental waste saved!

I´m very satisfied with the product. The website is very friendly/easy to use.
It only took 2 business days for my iPhone to arrive! And it came with a cable charger + the case.

My experience with backmarket was very bad. The package arrived super late and was not in the optimal conditions that were promised. I sent the package back and demanded for reimbursement. I am still waiting on the 490 euro reimbursement 1 month later. Do not recommend.

The prices are great and the device conditions are just as described. My experience was great with the website, payment, and delivery. I would recommend to anyone that is looking for a new device, is totally worth it.

Lo smartphone in questione costa, a prezzo pieno e nuovo, 200€ mentre Back Market lo vende ricondizionato e scontato del 57% a 300€!!! Direi che c'è qualcosa che non quadra!
