I was thinking for a long time about whether to buy a refurbished phone, because after all, it’s still a refurbished device. In the end, I bought a Galaxy Z Flip 6 , and I’m very happy with my purchase. The phone arrived quickly, and its condition was like brand new. The packaging and everything else were excellent. I waited around 3 months before writing this review, and everything is still working perfectly. The screen is great, and I haven’t had any issues. I definitely recommend it!

Purchased a gaming computer for my son arrived broke ,it would not even turn on , we sent it back which took 6 weeks for it to be returned again not working correctly, returned again to only work a few weeks, they offered a full refund but after speaking to the computer supplier they will no longer offer refund as supplier is not saying we broke the computer and they found dust in the inside , absolutely completely rubbish, this website is a complete rip off, we are now down €900 I have contacted them by phone over ten times , same bullshit promises they don't reply at all now .

Very quick service, really happy with my new phone

I ordered and paid for a camera on Backmarket, €355.49 on the 8 May 26. At first everything was going well and they gave me a delivery date of 14 May. Today I see my order has been cancelled, NO reason given only saying a refund will be issued to your bank, I see this as the best way to do business and I will NEVER use them again or would I recommend them.

I ordered an iPhone 16 Pro Max in the condition category “Excellent” I’d been given great feedback about Back Market so decided to order from them. Upon arrival I opened the box for the great reveal, only to be greeted with an iPhone that had been poorly repaired and was certainly not cleaned properly. The rear glass has obviously been replaced and very poorly done so. It’s my first time buying from Back Market and my last. Given the price I paid I expected far greater quality standards and a much better customer experience. I replied to the mail I was sent advising on the delivery, with out a response. You will have to do it all on line yourself. The Quality was poor, would not recommend them for your next iPhone Purchase. I’ll be purchasing my phone from another Provider over the experience I just had, very poor indeed.

I discovered Back Market recently, the site is very easy and they deliver exactly what was agreed or better , and good value too. 👍
