After 8 months of my purchase of an excellent refurbished phone, I thought this has been great! Unfortunately the microphone broke and I sent it off for a warranty repair. My phone was in mint condition other than the fault. After a week a phone was sent back to me. It wasn't my phone, but someone else's broken phone, in the wrong colour in a terrible condition. I complained and I have been given no explanation, just told I'd be sent a refund once I sent the phone back. Unfortunately, I can't but the same model in the same condition from their website for the money I paid last time.
They will not let me speak to a manager, they will not respond to my queries and are ignoring me.
I believe as its a rare phone (it's not available as its a excellent condition phone with high spec), they have kept the phone to resell it and are palming me off...

THIS COMPANY IS NOT TRUSTWORTHY!!!!

Back market are a well good company to deal with they do try to be top of the game ,but there is always a hiccup. But they do try to rectify any problems. Glad to have found them.

Everything good and item as described

HP computer purchased because it has USB portals compatible with my other equipment. But it had a tendency to print double "e"s and sometimes double "a"s. it then stopped responding to its keypad; Sent back. It was returned and started to do the same thing double "e"s and "a"s and then no response to the keyboard. Trying to return it for a second time is proving 'TRYING' !

The delivery time was excellent (next day) the mobile phone was in excellent condition like new, the packaging the phone was in was a bit worrying as the phone was rattling around inside when delivered but when opened all was well.

My experience with Back Market has been extremely disappointing. The phone arrived in good cosmetic condition with no scratches, but that didn't matter because it only worked for one day. After that, it wouldn't charge, making it completely unusable.

The customer service has been shocking. Instead of getting quick help for a faulty phone, I've been left out of pocket.

To make matters worse, I can't even return the phone because I can't remove my personal data from it. Since the phone won't charge or work properly, I'm unable to factory reset it or sign out of my accounts before sending it back. I'm not willing to send a phone away with my personal information still stored on it, so I'm now stuck with a faulty device and out of pocket.

If they can't sell me a phone that works for more than a day after I've paid good money for it, I certainly don't feel comfortable trusting them with a device that still contains my personal information.

Based on my experience, I would strongly advise anyone to avoid Back Market. This has been an incredibly frustrating and disappointing experience from start to finish.

This will be my go to for phones from now on!
