Not so transparent, not necessarily best quality
I am giving a 3 stars this time (my second experience), because one of the items was not in stock and the website/cart would not provide this information when paying. Also, customer service didn't provide this info proactively when the package was sent, and I only knew when I received my package with one item missing and inquired on the reasons.
This isn't well done, and moreover there is no written trace nor there is any info appearing in my account about the order continaing an item in back order.
Also, one of the items purchased is really not worth the money but my review "1 star" was never published.

I have ordered (and fully paid) for a package to be delivered to HUNGARY and instead it was sent to BULGARIA! I have added two tickets to the BACKJOY team what was closed with the excuse that the package shall be sent back to them first ... instead of closing the tickets they should have contacted DHL to request the return of the shipment and re-send it to the correct address, but of course this is not in their interest as they got their money already!
