The park is awesome! Really good qualitiy! My son loves it !
The bad point of it is i waited for over a month to have it complete, because we got issues with dhl.
But it worth the wait !
A quick commercial services, they will do all they can to help you !! They send me the missing items immediatly, they adviced me that the rocking horse will be late because out of stock.
I really appreciated the commercial services even if the issues got me crazy and the waiting was too long.
I highly recommand their items!! And the customer service is really pleasant!! Thank you babyparadisje for your great service !

I order a complete play room that cost me around 500 euros in the last week of July. I pay with I-deal, and in the website it was mention that the delivery time was around 3 to 5 working days, then everything start to go wrong. I didn't receive any order confirmation, I try to call to the number that is in the web site nobody answer I send several emails and no responds only after that I mentioned that I will present a complaint on the KvK they answer the email saying that the order was not available the offer another one different theme and color that that I didn't like it so I decide to wait a bit longer, but that longer become two month; this was the present for my son birthday that it miss the date for mote than 1.5 month.
Summary; I order this in summer time and arrive in autumn, service not professional they charge in advance promesing that they will deliver in 3 to 5 days and take almost 2 month. I don't recommend to by in this place.

It was huge and amazing aesthetic inside our house. My baby is now 6 months old and started to crawl and soon sit and walk. This playpen will help us to make her safe all the time and enjoy it as well.

The baby park is good but it took ages to deliver to us. First, they didn't even respond to our messages. Then they said they don't have it on stock and we had to wait 1,5 month. Out-of-stock info is not visible on their site. Continuous back and forth problematic communication ended when the package was delivered 2 months after order.

It came by pieces , not the right things and I’m still waiting for some things after 5 months!!!!

Is it a joke??? You are asking me how was the experience!
I paid you and nothing delivered!!
No answer to my messages!!!
