I ordered a Tutti Bambini cot which I knew from enquiries was going to be tricky to get hold of. Babylicious were extremely easy people to deal with, the website is excellent and the payment went through smoothly and I got confirmation of my payment. The cot has arrived today in only 6 weeks when I was expecting it to take 12 weeks. I highly recommend this seller for their excellent service.

I purchased a Kidsmill high chair from Babylicious last year, before my daughter was born in September.

When my baby was almost 6 months old we removed the new born seat brackets from the high chair base and made it into the proper sitting up high chair with the tray. The first few times we tried to use it I could hardly get my baby in or out of the seat. The gap between the back of the seat and the tray/front bracket was very small and the gap and angle between the front bracket and the seat was also tight. I contacted Babylicious who told me that it was the same style as other well known chairs such as the Stokke Tripp Trapp and therefore I should either lower the seat or I must have built it incorrectly.

I triple checked I had followed the build instruction correctly and as there is very little that is actually left for interpretation, I can’t see that I could have gone wrong. I lowered the seat as suggested and while this made it slightly easier to get my baby in and out, it is still a struggle and it still scrapes the tops of her legs every time we get her out. What’s more, it now means the tray is almost around her neck as the seat is so low - this cannot be right.

I contacted Babylicious again to say that this product is not fit for purpose and shared videos clearly showing the issues and asked for some help to rectify it or for a refund. They told me that as no one else has ever complained about the high chair and because we managed to use the new born section for 6 months and there doesn’t seem to be a mechanical fault then they won’t do anything and won’t refund me. But there is clearly a design fault.

The chair is meant to be designed for use from new born until the child is 99kg and it should be fit for purpose for the duration. It’s not acceptable to tell me that as I was able to successfully use it for the first 6 months with the newborn attachment and may again be able to use it once my daughter is old enough to use it without the tray that this is satisfactory. What about the intervening years?  These years are the most important for high chair usage, as you need your child to be in a high chair with a tray to eat from?? 

The whole system needs to work for it to be fit for purpose and worth the money I spent on it.  What do I do until my daughter is old enough to use the chair without a tray?  If only part of your new car worked, wouldn’t you expect to be refunded so you could buy one that did work!?  You wouldn’t expect to be told that because it worked for the first 6 months and might magically work again in a couple of years time that you have to just keep it?  What do you drive in the mean time??? 

I spent the best part of £400 on this high chair and newborn rocker and I am stunned at Babylicious’s lack of concern or action. I wanted to share my story so that others do not make the same mistake of buying from this retailer who don’t uphold consumer rights.

We are beyond happy with our Dubatti Stroller and in love with the quality, color and material used. This stroller is simple to use and operate on a daily basis. Joan did an Excellent Job with guiding us through the whole order process by getting the stroller to the United States. We were even shocked that the stroller arrived sooner than the expected date. After contacting multiple stores I came across babylicious and thankfully they were the only store that would ship what I needed too the US I spoke with Ian through Facebook he made it super easy with instant replies making sure I was getting exactly what I was looking for payment was simple then was updated with tracking info as it made it’s way too me if I ever need anything again I will be ordering from babylicious again I had a five star experience

Cannot recommend Babylicious highly enough! I ordered my stunning Dubatti One pram from them earlier in the year and have picked it up today. Ian was great helping me to choose a new car seat to meet our needs. He has excellent product knowledge and the service we received was brilliant. There was a delay with the delivery but Ian kept me informed and let me know as soon as it arrived. Wouldn't hesitate to recommend.

I ordered a car seat from babylicious (amongst £1100 worth of other stuff too that is thankfully dispatched by an outside brand) on 25th October, and when the car seat didn't arrive within a week i contacted them by email, no answer from phones, they told me the warehouse team had let me down by not telling me you were out of stock. I understood that and accepted the order would be sent out the following week. By Friday i still hadn't received it so chased again and was advised it was being sent out on that friday and would be with me within 2 working days, yesterday was 3 working days, no car seat. I emailed yesterday advising that we are due to move imminently and my due date is any day now, (how am i supposed to get a newborn home from hospital without this car seat) and no response, and have chased again today with no luck. Will NEVER order with these guys again, shocking. Plus they always call me Amy instead of Abby!!!

I ordered the navy blue egg pram! Ian was so helpful and was very easy to talk to.
I would highly recommend babylicious to anyone who is looking for baby furniture/prams, the shop is full of beautiful items and theirs loads to chose from!
Ian was very helpful when it came down to paying for my pram and let me do it how ever I felt comfortable with, which was monthly! He's such a lovely person and I would go in the shop and walk out like an hour later because he's such a nice person to get along with and easy to talk with a great sense of humor!

This is by far the best baby shop I have visited in the north west region .Its a family run business with a vast range of good quality products in their showroom . They have an extensive range of knowledge and experience which is great when you're new parents. They are so friendly and down to earth and reasonably priced .The customer service is excellent and I am so happy I made my purchases here . I found my pram on Babylicious Facebook page and it stood out because it was unusual and not everyone had them.I contacted the store via messanger and found they where very helpful and answered all my questions. I bought a mima xari pushchair for my daughter when she was expecting her first child, I struggled to find any stock anywhere online but eventually managed to get one all thanks the service of these guys. I'm writing this because just want to thank them , I bought my pram last year and very pleased with it also when I've needed anything eg parasol , bag to go with the pram they have been very helpful in getting me the products that I've asked for also I've recently had a problem with raincovers and they have sorted everything out for me and got me new ones which saves me a lot of messing which I will collect this week , Thanx again guys 😀
