Ordered a replacement mattress for an UPPAbaby Vista 2 bassinet from this company. I was a little unsure as they had very little online presence. However, the ordering process was very smooth, with quick delivery. They seem to be a UK agent for UPPAbaby and the part looks to be a genuine UPPAbaby replacement rather than a repalcement. Thought I would leave a review to help future uncertain customers.
Ordered a pair of buggy wheels and after receiving them realised I'd mistakenly ordered the wrong ones. I contacted the company to check and they not only advised me but collected the wrong ones and replaced them with the correct wheels with no extra cost. Excellent customer service and would definitely go back to this company.
